Suggested use

Shake well. Apply the repellent to exposed skin and/or clothing. For application to face, apply to hands and wipe on face, avoiding contact with eyes and mouth. Effective for approximately 6 hours. Reapply more often for continued protection. Reapply after sweating, swimming or if the climate is really hot and humid. If you are also using sunscreen, apply sunscreen first and wait a few minutes to apply the repellent
