- We offer FREE local delivery if your purchase is HKD$399 (or above). And free worldwide delivery for overseas if your purchase is equavialent to HKD$780 (or above).
- We require 1 to 2 working days to fulfill your order before dispatching it. We do everything we can to get your order deliver to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is dispatched, we shall send you a notification via email.
- Depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 1 to 13 working days. Please consider any holidays and due to recent pandemic, delivery time might be impacted.
- We use the SF Express or ePacket delivery system from EMS or same class of courier to deliver orders. The new innovative shipping technology enables you to track your order at any time, and more importantly it is very fast.
- We are not responsible for customs charges(if there's any).
