- We accept return/refund request and bear the return courier charges under below circumstances :
- Customer receive damage or faulty item
- Expiry date is less than 1 month (except for short-term sale items)
- Wrong item is shipped(i.e. item sent is different color, size, model than what customer bought)
- Under the above circumstances, please email us to report about the case (email must include supportings of your purchase), we then will provide a valid return address and advice on how to properly pack or send the item back(Any item return be sent in the original packaging).
- Please provide us with the valid shipping tracking. Any delay for the delivery by the courier service, please contact us and update us on the return delivery status.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7 working days from the date we receive the return item at our return address.
- You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this time will be rejected.
- If you have purchased products as part of a bundle, you can return items individually. However, if you change your mind and do not return everything included in your bundle purchase, your refund will exclude the value of any items you are keeping.
- We provide a refund to your actual payment.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- Shipping charges, duties and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
- The terms & conditions of our return policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
